1 Can sweetened condensed milk

14 Oz. 70% dark chocolate chunks

1 tbsp black cherry balsamic vinegar

¼ Cup glacé cherries, chopped

Maldon Flaked Sea Salt
Directions
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Remove from the heat and let cool for about 30 seconds. Stir in the black cherry balsamic until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle the chopped glacé cherries evenly over the surface, gently pressing them into the fudge. Finish with a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
