540 g can of chickpeas, drained
⅔ cup Evoolution Chipotle Olive Oil
⅓ cup lemon juice
2 tsp Evoolution Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
2 large cloves of garlic
½ tsp morita ground chipotle chiles (available in-store)
sea salt to taste
1. Place all ingredients in a food processer and pulse until smooth.
2. Serve with extra Evoolution Chipotle Olive Oil drizzled on top.
