Cinnamon Apple Baked Oatmeal with Butter Olive Oil and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
Baked oats are not the oats you grew up eating. These are flavourful, hearty, creations that you will actually be excited to eat in the morning! We've used our Butter Olive Oil to provide that rich and creamy flavour, alongside our Cinnamon Pear Balsamic to bring some zesty sweetness. Top it with diced apple and nuts or be creative with your own combo of toppings!

Ingredients

1 Cup old fashioned oats

2 Tbsp. Butter Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

1 Tsp. Baking powder

⅓ Cup milk of choice

Pinch of salt

½ Apple of choice, diced, plus more to garnish

Pecans or walnuts, to taste
Directions
Mix together olive oil, balsamic, and milk. Stir in oats, baking powder, and salt. Stir in diced apples until just combined.
Divide into two ramekins and top with nuts and a few pieces of diced apple. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let cool slightly before eating.
