Elevate your BBQ side dish by transforming sweet charred corn into something extraordinary. A drizzle of Chipotle Olive Oil and a sprinkle of Lime Fresco Sea Salt are the perfect "asado" side dish. Try with Butter Olive Oil and Black Truffle Sea Salt or Wild Dill Olive Oil and Lemon Twist Sea Salt to compliment the flavour of your grilled main.

Directions
Remove husks and silk from the cob, then brush with 1 Tbsp. Chipotle Olive Oil.
Place on a grill preheated to medium and cook for 10 - 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill and drizzle with remaining Chipotle Olive Oil, sprinkle with Lime Fresco Sea Salt and serve.
