White balsamic in sparkling water is one of our favourite ways to use these sweet vinegars! Try it with the creamy floral notes of our Elderflower Balsamic for a refreshing sip on a hot day. Plus, you can adjust the amount of vinegar added depending on how sweet you want the drink!

2-4 Tbsp. Elderflower Balsamic
2 Cups sparkling water
Ice
Fresh berries or citrus to garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Add 1-2 Tbsp. Elderflower Balsamic to each glass, depending on how sweet you want your drink.
Stir until all the balsamic is mixed in. Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh orange or other desired garnish.
Any of our sweeter white balsamic vinegars are great choices for making Italian sodas! You can also try incorporating them into cocktail recipes instead of simple syrup!
