White balsamic in sparkling water is one of our favourite ways to use these sweet vinegars! Try it with the creamy floral notes of our Elderflower Balsamic for a refreshing sip on a hot day. Plus, you can adjust the amount of vinegar added depending on how sweet you want the drink!

Ingredients

2-4 Tbsp. Elderflower Balsamic

2 Cups sparkling water

Ice

Fresh berries or citrus to garnish
Directions
Fill a glass with ice. Add 1-2 Tbsp. Elderflower Balsamic to each glass, depending on how sweet you want your drink.
Stir until all the balsamic is mixed in. Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh orange or other desired garnish.
