Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and let cool for 2 minutes. Stir in the grapefruit Balsamic until fully combined.
Divide evenly between two serving glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Garnish with slices of grapefruit for serving.
