Ingredients

1 Pound broccolini
1 Tsp. Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt
4 Tbsp. Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, divided
1 Baguette
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
Shaved Parmasan cheese

Caesar Dressing

1 Egg yolk
1 Clove garlic, minced
½ Cup Garlic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat a gas grill or prep charcoals for a charcoal grill to medium-high heat (you can alternatively use a stove-top grill pan). Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place broccolini on a large pan, drizzle with 3 Tbsp. of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and season with Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt. Toss to coat. Once the grill is hot, add broccolini to the grill and cook for 4 – 5 minutes, turning frequently, until lightly charred and tender-crisp. Remove from the grill and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, egg yolk, and garlic, until blended. Place a damp cloth under your bowl (to hold it in place), and begin adding a thin drizzle of Garlic Olive Oil, while vigorously whisking. Continue to whisk until the dressing is smooth and thick, season with pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut the baguette into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl, drizzle with the remaining 1 Tbsp. of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, SALT? and pepper and toss to coat. Transfer to a baking sheet, place in the oven, and toast for 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Divide broccolini between plates and drizzle with dressing. Top the salad with croutons and shaved parmesan cheese. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
