Ingredients

  • 1 Large apple, halved and cored
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • ¼ Cup rolled oats
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Set the oven to 375°F. Place apple halves in a heatproof dish, cut side up.
  2. Mix together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and sea salt. Once combined, add the Butter Olive Oil and mix until crumbly. Evenly divide crumble mixture on top of the apple halves.
  3. Cover the dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until the apples are bubbling. Uncover and bake until the crumble is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with a scoop of ice cream or caramel sauce.
