Ingredients

2 Salmon fillets, skin off

¼ Tsp. Sweet & Smoky Maple Sea Salt

1 Tbsp. EVOO of choice

Freshly ground pepper

1 Avocado, diced
-
2 Cups greens
-
⅓ Cup radish, slivered

½ Cup cooked corn kernels
-
½ Cup purple cabbage, shredded

2 Tbsp. Green onions, diced

3 Tbsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Blackberry Ginger Balsamic

1 Tsp. Grainy mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Salmon
Place salmon in a dish and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Season with Sweet & Smoky Maple Sea Salt and pepper. Let marinate for up to 1 hour.
After marinating, grill the salmon on medium heat, flipping once, until cooked through and flaking. Set aside.
Salad
Arrange in a salad bowl, avocado, greens, corn, radish, shredded purple cabbage, and green onion.
In a small jar, combine Persian Lime Olive Oil, Blackberry Ginger Balsamic, and grainy mustard. Season with salt and pepper and whisk or shake to combine.
Drizzle dressing over salad and top with salmon fillet.
