Spicy Pizza Oil Sauce
Mediterranean Pizza
Directions
Sauce
Add tomatoes, olive oil, salt and basil to a large bowl. Use your hands or a fork to mash the tomatoes into smaller chunks. You can use a food processor but it grinds the seeds which adds bitterness.
Pizza
Roll the dough ball on a floured surface into a large circle. Top with sauce, mozzarella, veggies, and feta.
Bake in a preheated pizza oven (or regular oven) until golden brown and bubbling around the edge.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and a healthy drizzle of Spicy Pizza Oil.
