Pecan Goat Cheese Salad
This classic green salad is dressed with a sweet herbal dressing of rosemary olive oil and pomegranate quince white balsamic vinegar. Throw in some creamy goat cheese, orange slices, toasted pecans, and pomegranate arils, and everyone will be wanting seconds!

Ingredients

4 Cups mixed greens

⅓ Cup pecan halves, toasted

⅓ Cup crumbled goat cheese

1 Orange, segmented

3 Tbsp. Pomegranate arils

⅓ Cup Wild Rosemary Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Pomegranate Quince Balsamic

1 Tsp. Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

½ Garlic clove, minced
Dressing
Directions
Arrange greens in a serving bowl with pecans, goat cheese, orange segments, and pomegranate.
Dressing
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or with a whisk in a bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and dig in!
