Persian Lime and Jalapeño Mango Salsa
This zesty mango salsa gets its punchy flavour from a blend of Persian Lime Olive Oil and Jalapeño White Balsamic Vinegar. Serve it with tortilla chips and sour cream for dipping, or add it to fish tacos for a meal!

½ Cup fresh mango, diced

¼ Cup cherry tomatoes, diced

2 Tbsp. Red onion, diced

Directions
Mix together the mango, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a serving dish.
Mix in the salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips for dipping!
