These are not microwaved ramen noodles, they are rich, flavourful noodles with sautéed veggies, savoury Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil, and a soft boiled egg. In other words, a meal in a bowl! Swap in whatever veggies you have on hand for this simple dish.

Ingredients

6 Oz. Cooked ramen noodles

1 Tbsp. Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil

1 Cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

1 Cup carrot, shredded

¼ Cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp. Honey
-
1 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced

1 Soft boiled egg
Directions
Saute mushrooms, carrots, and half the green onion in Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil until soft.
Add ramen noodles, soy sauce, and honey. Stir until noodles are warmed and coated.
Plate the ramen. Top with soft boiled egg cut in half and sprinkle remaining green onions over top
