This simple condiment gets its rich smoky flavour from Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil. While it doesn't include the traditional aioli elements, this mayonnaise condiment has all the flavour you need. Dip with veggies, chicken wings, french fries or spread on your next sandwich for a pop of smoky flavour.

1 Tsp. Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil

¼ Cup Mayonnaise

Fried or baked fries, potato wedges, or yam fries

Smoked paprika, if desired
Directions
In a small bowl, add the two ingredients. Stir until combined.
Serve aioli with a sprinkle of smoked paprika, if desired.
