Ingredients

4 Ripe avocados, pits removed

1 Small red onion, finely diced

2 Tbsp. Jalapeño Balsamic

½ Tsp. Lime Fresco Sea Salt

2 Cloves garlic, crushed

Black pepper, to taste

Chopped fresh cilantro, to garnish
Directions
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork to your preferred consistency. Add the finely chopped red onion and crushed garlic. Mix well.
Add the Jalapeño Balsamic and mix thoroughly. Season with the Lime Fresco Sea Salt and black pepper.
Place guacamole in a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro, if desired. Dig in with corn or tortilla chips or use on your favourite tacos!
