Ingredients

1 Lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

2 Tbsp. Harissa Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Golden Pineapple Balsamic

1 Tbsp. Honey

1 Garlic clove, minced
-
½ Tsp. Smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Wooden or metal skewers
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the Harissa Olive Oil, Golden Pineapple Balsamic, honey, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the shrimp and pineapple and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Thread the shrimp and pineapple onto skewers, alternating as you go.
Preheat your BBQ or grill to medium-high heat. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are pink and lightly charred.
