This rich and creamy white bean dip gets its bright herbal flavour from our Sage Olive Oil, which means that you can enjoy it even when sage isn't in season! The touch of acidity from the Sherry Reserva Wine Vinegar perfectly balances the earthy sun-dried tomatoes. Dip with crostini or pitas, or try it on a fresh veggie wrap.

Ingredients

1 Can cannellini beans, rinsed

2 Tbsp. Sage Olive Oil

4 Tsp. Sherry Reserva Wine Vinegar

¼ Cup sun dried tomatoes

1 Clove garlic

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
To a food processor, add all dip ingredients except beans and blend for a few seconds. Add beans and blend until thick and thoroughly combined.
Serve with crostini, pita triangles, or in a wrap.
