The authenticity of Reggio Emilia D.O.P. vinegars is safeguarded by the Consortium of Producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Reggio Emilia. This traditional balsamic is Oro, meaning it has spent at least twenty five years in barrels replete with history and aroma. Produced by Acetaia F.lli Gorrieri, an artisan producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar in Reggio Emilia (Rubiera) since 1892.
