Chopped salads are a great way to combine lots of textures and flavours together in one hearty bowl. The blend of our Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic brings classic Italian flavour to this mix of fresh veggies, meat, and cheese.

Thanks ever so much for sharing your wonderful recipes. I just discovered your amazing shop (Market Mall, Calgary). SO looking forward to trying as many of your products as I can afford. Not just the oils but the array of vinegars you supply as well. Finally found a reliable source of balsamic vinegars. Especially the white varieties which are essential for home grown salad greens and hard to source. Just a suggestion. How about mini sample packs based on the regions where the oils and vinegars are produced? P.S. The young woman at the Market Mall store was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would LOVE to try olive oil produced by Carol Drinkwater (of ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ fame) and her husband Michel who bought an abandoned olive farm in the south of France. Send your buyer to visit Carol and Michel and taste for yourself! Carol’s book ‘The Olive Farm’ is fascinating and got me hooked on exploring REAL olive oils. You should sell her books at your stores!
