Directions
Deviled Egg Base
Place eggs in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, turn heat off and let the eggs cook for 14 minutes. After 14 minutes, remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath to cool.
Once the eggs are cold, remove them from the ice water and peel. Slice eggs in half, collecting the yolks in a small bowl and placing the white halves on a tray.
Mash the yolks and add 1 Tbsp. of mayonnaise for each 4 whole eggs. Add the fillings to the mixture and sprinkle with salt and garnish, depending on your egg type. Dig in!
The smoked salmon combo is delicious. We will be trying the bacon and blue cheese next!
