Ingredients

7 Oz. Gruyère cheese, shredded

7 Oz. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

7 Oz. Emmentaler cheese, shressed

1 Tbsp. Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil

1 Cup dry white wine

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Potatoes, bread, pickles, olives, crudites for dipping
Directions
Toss the shredded cheeses with cornstarch in a bowl to coat evenly. Heat the wine in a saucepan or fondue pot over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Stir in the Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil.
Gradually add the cheese mixture to the simmering wine, one handful at a time, stirring constantly until smooth and melted.
Transfer the fondue to a warmed fondue pot or serve directly from the saucepan, keeping it warm over low heat. Serve with your prepared dippers such as bread, pickles, potatoes, sausage, apples, and olives.
