Sweet & Sour Meatballs with Garlic Olive Oil and Golden Pineapple Balsamic
A sweet and sour sauce is quintessential for smothering meatballs. This one brings that sweet zesty flavour from our Golden Pineapple Balsamic. You can also pop this glaze on chicken or pork; you can't really go wrong!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil

1 Cup sugar

½ Cup ketchup

2 Cups Golden Pineapple Balsamic

1 Cup water
-
5 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

¼ Cup cornstarch

2 Lb. Meatballs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large pan, combine all ingredients except meatballs. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add meatballs to a heatproof dish. Pour the glaze overtop and bake for 30-45 minutes until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is bubbling.

We love the pineapple vinegar, definitely going to try this recipe out. We always have the garlic oil on hand, so that works perfectly. Glad it can be gluten free with the right meatballs
