Delicious as always

I've enjoyed this vinegar for years but this is my first time ordering it online. I received it quickly and packing was very secure for the glass bottles. Love!

More viscous?

The flavour is smooth and delicious, but the consistency is too liquid like. Is it possible to produce a more viscous balsamic? No doubt, this would be more expensive, but I think it would still appeal to many of your customers.

Hi R.M. thank you for leaving a review! While our balsamics are naturally thicker than many grocery store products, we do not add any additional sugar or thickeners that are often added to make a 'thick' balsamic. If you did want to make a thicker balsamic at home with this product, you can reduce it on the stovetop by heating the balsamic to a boil and letting it simmer to your desired consistency. This reduction-style balsamic can then be used to drizzle over pizzas, salads, and the like!

Great for dipping and salad

So versatile!

Absolutely wonderful. It is on the sweeter side but imo this makes it a versatile addition to the pantry. Easily used in either savoury or sweet. Quite strong so I advise adding a bit at a time until you get used to it. For example, a few drops is all I add to my Tuscan Bean Soup recipe and it makes a noticeable difference. Enjoy.
