Ingredients
-
5 Cups cooked pasta of choice
-
¼ Cup Black Truffle Olive Oil
-
⅓ Cup flour
-
3 Cups milk
-
2 Cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 Cup mozarella cheese, cubed
-
1 Cup cooked lobster pieces, plus more to garnish
-
¼ Cup seasoned bread crumbs
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat the Black Truffle Olive Oil over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually pour in 1/3 of the milk while stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Add the remaining milk, whisking until smooth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Turn off heat, stir in grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Gently mix in the mozzarella cubes, cooked pasta, and lobster pieces.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Can be one large dish or individual serving sized dishes. Top with seasoned bread crumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven at 375°F (190°C), until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra lobster pieces if desired.
